SoM + Angel question.

What do you mean accurate SoM? If i understand correctly itll never be 100% accurate for me.

How accurate is the SoT?

How would 1 go about calculating all this stuff without angel?

Edit: Is this the right way?

I get a SoT of a province that has 10k def.
I get a SoM and it shows he has no armies out.

In this scenario, do i just multiply his 10k by 1.072? And oversend by about 7%?

If i get a SoM that shows 5k defense at home with 1 army out, do i subtract the elites from the original 10k def and multiply what i get by 1.072?
