Just for completeness, you probably should mention that Pulse had noticed Rage then when it was up hit Rage 2x before the day change, Rage retaliated, then after the day change partial waved Pulse as a strategic opening for war. It was only then that Pulse quickly waved Sanctuary. Sanctuary did not hit back at all, and Rage continued their existing conflict on Pulse and Pulse waved out of this conflict on Sanctuary who wasn't hitting back. After 3-4 waves of only Rage hitting Pulse and Pulse hitting both Rage and Sanctuary (Pulse had two way hostile with Rage and controlled the button on Rage while having no relation on Sanctuary but Sanctuary having hostile on Pulse) Sanctuary finally hit back and declared Pulse at which time Rage stopped hitting. Sanctuary was also offering a cf this entire time and avoided hitting into the existing Rage vs Pulse conflict for as long as possible, but after taking ~3 unretaliated waves, they felt they had to fight back.

There are also many other examples where kingdoms tried waving out of a developing or existing fight on all "sides" and usually it did not go well. It seems that historically this "quick waving" in an attempt to dodge a fight has often involved Abs kingdoms either doing the quick waving or trying to be ran from by the opponent doing the quick waving. I think that when Abs kingdoms have done it (and been upset that Abs didn't defend them) it was because they mistakenly thought that Abs would always defend a 2v1 even if they brought it on themselves by waving out of a fight. When people have done it against Abs, I think they also usually think that it is something they can use to escape a fight they don't want since "Abs wouldn't 2v1 even if we wave out of the existing fight." Kingdoms are usually less likely to think that it's a good idea to wave a third kingdom while in an existing fight if the fight does not involve Abs kingdoms because usually they'd expect to get 2v1'd doing so.

I understand that saying "fight 1v1" can be confusing to people who like to always look for loopholes to try and find ways to abuse "rules" and sometimes kingdoms have successfully used such perceived loopholes to escape fights and other times they've gotten themselves 2v1'd trying to do it. Using "rules" designed to promote 1v1 fair play to instead escape such 1v1 fights is not at all what the "rules" are intended for and since these are only "consensus" rules and not real game rules, it's quite simple to avoid such abuse by simply not catering to it. For the abuse to work, it relies on voluntarily allowing the abusing kingdom to run from your fights by waving another kingdom. If kingdoms just don't voluntarily allow kingdoms to run from their existing fights, then the abuse isn't possible and kingdoms will stop trying it because it's a very dumb move strategically.

The "1v1 rules" were intended to protect kingdoms from being unfairly teamed up on. Allowing such teaming up would only benefit whoever had the strongest group to team up with and hurt independent play. Likewise, allowing "sanctioned" running from existing fights by quickly waving another kingdom would also benefit whoever had the strongest group since they could best dodge conflicts with their groups support.

I understand people being upset if they had a misconception that Absalom views waving out of a fight as an enforceable way to escape a conflict. However, this is a misconception, and waving out of a conflict is a dumb move for Absalom kingdoms just like any others and when Absalom kingdoms have tried doing it and gotten themselves 2v1'd, they didn't get help either, and they didn't get sympathy from the community either.

What BIO did to Rage (twice now in recent ages) is different in that BIO hit INTO a separate existing conflict onto a kingdom that did not have any active fight with them. BIO also carefully protected the button so as to ensure they could not be declared while they 2v1'd. Even if they won't acknowledge it, I'm sure people can see how doing this is different from a kingdom continuing an existing fight when their opponent waves another kingdom out of the fight.

You seem misinformed calling us Trinity Syntico. Try harder.

It is one of the irritating things about old veteran players. I am afraid that you never quite forget your farms.. and we are usually able to trace those kingdoms' historical origins better than their own current members. So really, I've been informing you about your own kingdom?
