    Never heard of Backstab. I first found Utopia a decade ago but because my life has been hectic and ----ty, last Age was my first chance to play from start to finish.

    you don't want to be exploring much if any at all on undead since you want to be hitting for land to convert specs into leets. exploring 100-166 is fine and will increase the amount of off you have OOP but if youre looking to war quickly at a smallish size it won't be beneficial to ur kd.

    OOP ~720 acres 0.8 tpa ~5.5k defence ~19.5k offence (with ~60-65 TG's)

    OOP there should be roughly another 2k defence in training, it would be wise to spend all credits gained on hitting first tick into d specs aswell


    roughly 32 hours oop you should have 30k offense and 12-14k defence, should be completed by training 1k ospecs and getting ~22% convertions on all the specs you came oop with. defence is obtained by training 1.5-2k d specs from oop via credit gains on attacking supplemented by income ofc.

    Thanks for the input guys. I've been reading a ton about builds OOP, and the biggest sticking point I've seen is the debate over hospitals vs. GS. UD don't get plague, so that negates one of the perks of hospitals, but I feel like I'd still be really easy to chain down if I didn't have any

    oop war builds are basically still economy builds, you won't be fully drafted so war builds wont be hugely effective. on an undead, you will only ever need 10% rax and TG's if you war in first week of age. If you war a halfing/faery strong kingdom then 10% wt's help but other than that you should still be in semi pump build

    What's the optimum number of banks and armories for protection? Them Ghouls are expensive.

    Is razing farms a good idea? You wont have very good income for the first 16hours.

    the lost income is the same whenever you do it, only you lose 1-2% income science if you do it later. Sure if you were exploring alot for oop then it would matter as you wouldn't be max pop, but since he isn't its fine to do first tick

    25% Banks and 25% Arms but why are you training Ghouls in protection is the real question when you can max out your conversion percentages?

    Newb here too, would this be the same for UD/Warrior?

    yes dyl, can roughly adhere to that strat for ud/warr, but just be careful with exploring.. you don't want to leave prot landfat

    30% bank 30% arms best for oop numbers :) ... come out some tgs and stables.. oh yea guild and stuff ... you can come out swinging harder. but lack that wpa...
