KuHan has admitted in this thread that he would pay up if he lost, so hes given his "word" but as we can see with Proteus that isnt much worth these days apparently :P
I have no idea how credit rating works over in the US/Canada but at least here you have to show cause for it and as I said earlier no one is gonna care what a civil court in another country thinks, unless you secure a verdict against somone in their own country you have no way of getting to him legally.

Based on my interactions with ASF, he's a total disrespectful snake. When he needs a NAP he'll pm you and act all nice and sh*t to try to get a deal, but when it's on the other end of the spectrum, and i need him to hold money for a wager, he completely ignores all my pms.
If i had like 2 posts on here, and nobody knew who i was, my money would probably have been gone, so he's not dumb, just a snake. A simple "no, i don't want to be apart of this" would've sufficed ASF.

Kuhan, I was working out of the country at the time this bet stuff went down and never got a message from you regarding this since I was not online. My nick on the Abs server is always online through a bouncer even if I have not been on recently. Had I been around and not too busy I could have taken both of your money in escrow and you would have gotten it after the win.

It's pretty easy to confirm if I was outside the country during that time. I also did still have net access while I was there from my phone and laptop, but had very little time to actually be online. Best way to check on me is through my abs server idle time. You might want to check your logs with me and what idle times you saw on my nick. Besides, what motivation would I have to not want to be an intermediary other than my stated reason of being too busy outside the country on business?
That's fine, but then did Proteus pm your bouncer on irc? I just find it odd that he wouldn't make an effort to reach you when he accepted over IRC, or atleast tell me you were out of the country like you said you were.

I think I did get a message from him about it through the bouncer at one point when I logged on but I think by the time I got it Sanc and Elit's kingdom were already fighting and I had no time anyway.

All parties are in the USA. But tbh I think a court would throw this out. But you never know. Judge judy works some stupid cases.
