I had been ok with Abs in this situation up until this point, everything prior was a result of diplo issues with AMA. However, sending a CF offer does not close a hostile, accepting one does. Abs has very clearly now double hostiled AMA. Now an excuse is required :P

EDIT: To clarify, in game diplomacy issues are not handled by Admin, this is a community issue, so you can refrain from trying to argue game rules translations.

Both Sanctuary and Havok make ops too atm.
At least its only 2 kds last time was more :D

I'm surprised that so many people are surprised and whining about it. Like I said before...

They don't care if they break that term. Absalom will certainly enjoy it after all the whining and gloating Elit has done. What does Abs have to lose anyways? People have been calling them dirty for years. In most cases when Abs does something shady it's because the opposition is ignorant enough to psychologically provoke it. And what we're beginning to see now looks no different. Elit is little Bart Simpson throwing things at fat kids who will eventually come in for a schoolyard dog pile.

The best thing you can all do is continue to cry and whine about it while Abs sits back and enjoys the show. Sarcasm.

Well I think Sanctuary has stopped/will stop opps and hits if they haven't already to avoid the double hostile if Havoc is hitting( at least i'd hope they do stop/show class) I'd put resources and effort into Havoc. GL hopefully it's a good war, always sux when stuff happens before war that can affect the outcome of war. I think Elit will bounce back and pull out WW.

Stealing definitely isn't a hostile act, but I think u have to punish enemy kd to teach em a lesson also.

No, I said that they noticed you that they were going to notice you. i.e. rather than giving you 48h notice following EOWCF, they gave you an extra 4 days by telling you explicitly during the EOWCF that they were going to notice you.

I personally saw the notice like 6-7 minutes after we got out of eowcf. If you are not correct and the notice came after we went out it is perfectly normal for Havoc to notice us. But let's talk about something else.

They also sent notice ingame after the hc ticked and you were oow.

Everyone claims AMA used the conflict with sanctuary do dodge Havoc. Just please comment the following facts:

- the reason for the hostilities to start were actions from Sanctuary (no robberies no excuses from us to dodge)

Except for two things:
1) The targetsharing of Havoc's cows would seem to indicate that stealing doesn't = hostile (or that you're ok with multihostiles)
2) Your not offering a CF to Sanc, and then coming out with the intent of exploring 20k+ acres (and fighting within 2 days of that) would seem to hint -- at least in the eyes of some -- that you were planning on waving sanc anyway.

Not sure what this has to do with you? Did sanc op you before or after the notice?

But a lot of that preparation is wasted if you spend all your gold exploring instead of preparing to train, no?

Having that in mind give me any logical reason for us to want to dodge Havoc?

You have plenty of reasons to want to delay Havoc and get a chance to train up while fighting a weaker opponent (Sanc), giving you the chance to safely explore 20k acres and add calfs at the same time.

Also not to mention that you claim that the post of Elit was 2-3 hours prior the banner. I personally have no idea which was first, but i saw the banner less than 2 hours after his post. I was not aware cause i simpy didn't follow Havoc.

Honestly, the bold makes it irrelevant whether the taunt was there or not -- the taunt would only make it obvious to those who looked at Havoc. Targetsharing it in the forum would broaden to knowledge of 0 thieves; and this would seem to hold as true given that anecdotally they lost more gold that time than the first time they had a 0 thief taunt on their kdpage.

From your post I don't see a reason to believe that you are 100% sure the post was first. In fact i suppose we can check it if Havoc gives us info when was the banner put and crosscheck with the post in forum (at least we can see if it is 2-3 hours apart). Anyway, I am sure that most people (including me and u) have no idea what was first and having that in mind it is quite exaggerated to say "target sharing" before even checking the details.

I'm 99.99% sure, but I'll get someone to give me the news :P But again -- even if it was a taunt, telling someone else that wouldn't have known otherwise still makes it target sharing.

How about that?

Offer CF don't mean we will accept it. Sanctuary are in positive land gains. they did FG/FB last 48h to prevent us train up proper. Its don't matter if we need to war them but sure mater when we got wave from havoc.

I noticed. You tried to run by waving a KD way out of your declare range. I waved.

You have treated us like dirt all age. It comes back to you. I tried to get you to negotiate with sanc and offered to reset notice but your only terms were 1 week nap with havoc, 20k acres, 100m gc. This wasn't a realistic attempt at diplo. I said balance out lost GC and acres and reset notice. You didn't like that and demanded 30k free I believe then later changed it to 20k + 1 week.

I told you ~YR6 when you interfered in us bringing down a province unbreakable to you that I would notice you YR8. I told you when you loc leaked us that I would notice you. Can spin things whichever way but I am happy enough with my actions and will live with them. If we both burn I do not mind. You should have just given me my 50m gc and 1.5k acres I asked for as reperations for you interfering in our business earlier in age and the intel leaking. Instead you told me to wave you in YR8.

Finally I am not going to sit around well you explore people and claim hostile with a KD out of declare range. :)
