So Zauper you say Havoc noticed us before the end of post war period? If that's true than it is against the agreement.

No, I said that they noticed you that they were going to notice you. i.e. rather than giving you 48h notice following EOWCF, they gave you an extra 4 days by telling you explicitly during the EOWCF that they were going to notice you.

I personally saw the notice like 6-7 minutes after we got out of eowcf. If you are not correct and the notice came after we went out it is perfectly normal for Havoc to notice us. But let's talk about something else.

They also sent notice ingame after the hc ticked and you were oow.

Everyone claims AMA used the conflict with sanctuary do dodge Havoc. Just please comment the following facts:

- the reason for the hostilities to start were actions from Sanctuary (no robberies no excuses from us to dodge)

Except for two things:
1) The targetsharing of Havoc's cows would seem to indicate that stealing doesn't = hostile (or that you're ok with multihostiles)
2) Your not offering a CF to Sanc, and then coming out with the intent of exploring 20k+ acres (and fighting within 2 days of that) would seem to hint -- at least in the eyes of some -- that you were planning on waving sanc anyway.

Not sure what this has to do with you? Did sanc op you before or after the notice?

But a lot of that preparation is wasted if you spend all your gold exploring instead of preparing to train, no?

Having that in mind give me any logical reason for us to want to dodge Havoc?

You have plenty of reasons to want to delay Havoc and get a chance to train up while fighting a weaker opponent (Sanc), giving you the chance to safely explore 20k acres and add calfs at the same time.

Also not to mention that you claim that the post of Elit was 2-3 hours prior the banner. I personally have no idea which was first, but i saw the banner less than 2 hours after his post. I was not aware cause i simpy didn't follow Havoc.

Honestly, the bold makes it irrelevant whether the taunt was there or not -- the taunt would only make it obvious to those who looked at Havoc. Targetsharing it in the forum would broaden to knowledge of 0 thieves; and this would seem to hold as true given that anecdotally they lost more gold that time than the first time they had a 0 thief taunt on their kdpage.

From your post I don't see a reason to believe that you are 100% sure the post was first. In fact i suppose we can check it if Havoc gives us info when was the banner put and crosscheck with the post in forum (at least we can see if it is 2-3 hours apart). Anyway, I am sure that most people (including me and u) have no idea what was first and having that in mind it is quite exaggerated to say "target sharing" before even checking the details.

I'm 99.99% sure, but I'll get someone to give me the news :P But again -- even if it was a taunt, telling someone else that wouldn't have known otherwise still makes it target sharing.

I suspect Elit will win anyway, he has a number of huge advantages :P
