However, SIMIANS have been passed in the NW rankings by both BB and AMA since the "hostilities" between a few provs in ED and SIMIANS began. Its also a fact that the two provinces in SIMIANS have ~20 DPA and 30 OPA and no income nor TB to change that anytime soon.
