Havoc vs AMA Round 2

So just curious here ... what happens if Havoc waves but AMA just eats it? Is it an "active hostile" if hits are uni-directional? What if no button is pushed at the time BB's notice expires? BB can wave and it be clean?

Everyone knows what an active hostile is or isn't.
