The way that I see it is as follows:
Pew Pew NOTICED Jerks, before any of this bs started.
Mr Curious came to me asking if we could war to avoid Pew Pew (which I have stated from the start I don't think is a problem, hiding from Kingdom A with a war with a better suited Kingdom B so it is not an all out farm out). We had zero notice clause with Jerks so that could have gone down), I however had just gotten out of hospital and was still light headed from strong pain meds so I suggested Mr Curious or Pendel or Celien talk to Cody and send him an in game message. I don't know the result of that due to said issues with hospital and I haven't been keeping up with it, however I'd assume Cody either was uncontactable or the end result was a sorry but we can't help you.

This part on is as assumption because I only read parts of the argument from all sides, but this is my personal opinion of events that happened thereafter:
Jerks didn't want to give free wave to Pew Pew (which they are in their rights to do), so Pew Pew were still going to wave them when notice expired.
AMA hit jerks before their own notice expired (need clarification on this please).
Pew Pew then did EXACTLY what AMA did to them and said, you run from us we will hit you anyway (Elit logic).
Is it right what Pew Pew did? No, but that is the SAME as it isn't right what Elit did. So do I have any sympathy for AMA? No.

Do I have sympathy for Jerks? Yeah a little, but I don't think they had the best diplomacy in this situation. Still, they basically ended up the meat between the sandwich, as Strippers have been many an occasion this age, so I do feel sorry for them being caught up in the middle of this, perhaps now they have a small taste of what we've felt all age.

A few questions remain:
Did Jerks approach AMA to let them know that Pew was going to take their acres and they would rather AMA have them?
Did AMA know of Pew Pew's notice and hit before Pew Pew, which is not a good way to "treat their allies", which is the reason they justified what they did to Strippers?

Jerks approached AMA and informed them of our wave, they even threatened to farm out to AMA. and yes AMA knew of it, and wanted the easy acres before we had a chance to hit. The ONLY difference here is when AMA waved into our ACTIVE war with strippers.. we did NOT wave in to an active war between AMA/Jerks. And to hear them cry "double hostile" is a joke because Jerks only sent out 5 times to push the meter to hostile towards AMA and kept their remaining amies home to retal on us. The only reason they sent out 5x against AMA was to make Pew look bad.

You guys cried for pages about how AMA hitting into your war was bull****. Are you telling me that if AMA had hit Strippers after five hits it would be acceptable because it wasn't a "real" hostile?? No, I didn't think so.

I think by doing this you guys lost any credence you had in your complaint that what AMA did was wrong. You basically did the exact same thing as them: decided that a conflict was illegitimate or insufficient, then took the liberty of hitting into it because you felt entitled to acres.

Did Jerks do anything to deserve you hitting us while we were hostile with another kingdom? No. The truth is that in most other ages, this would have been considered bull****, regardless of what you think about it. The only reason you guys are able to do it is because of your previous dispute with AMA.

Petri, you don't get to decide what is a hostile and what isn't. You talk **** in this thread about farming us and say you did nothing inappropriate... you could at least own the fact that it's wrong of you guys to hit into our hostile, and that the real justification for doing so is your bad blood with AMA. To say that you are completely right to hit into our hostile is just disingenuous and lacks integrity. One would think that considering you guys have had two instances of people hitting into your conflicts this age, that you would have a better attitude.

again get your facts straight - we sent x5 armies at AMA and earlier we had sent out 2 (maybe 3 - i was at work and they were anon hits) making it 7 or 8 provs with armies out + we were gathering out inactives to hit when you started doubling us.

you can try and justify this as much as you want but when you spew out BS facts it makes you look stupid.

Alot of questions Jamin, but i will try to answer them the best that i can.
Firstly, no we have no notice deal with AMA, only a blank ingame CF which could be removed at any given time. Yes, we informed AMA that Pew gave notice and no we did not offer up our acres. We informed AMA in a attempt for them to run talks with Pew to negotiate a status quo deal. I told Elit i would retal him if he just came for acres, but he said he would, and he did. In the middle of our retal, Pew double hostiled us like the greedy douches they sadly turned out to be. Both kds should just fight eachother and stop using us as a middle ground to run their cold war.

AMA are our allies, and Petrified ran some nice arrogant diplo which pissed me/us off. Those 2 things combined leads me to say: Why would we not try to avoid giving acres to Pew?
Petrified told me flat out our kds had no relations and no friendly ties, so why would he give me anything. So again, why would i want to help him.

I offered them a quick fix solution. If they would reinstate notice/cf we would guarantee that AMA would get none of our acres either (confirmed by Elit) - to keep a status quo between #1 and #2. That was rejected.

I talked to HoH, Rage & Strippers concerning a possible war, as id rather fight a even war then have to hostile a kd trying to vulture smaller kds. I dont see why i shouldn't try to get us a war where we would stand a fighting chance, rather then just let Pew take acres they did not deserve.
