Farming isn't the issue, the issue as I see it is that you(or one of the devs) determined that a rule transgression had taken place(aka cheating) but still let the intended act stand and barely even punished the cheaters, what sort of punishment is 48h forced inactivity? PewPew cheated and was allowed to succeed in their goal so basically you allowed the cheaters to win, that should never be allowed because it encourages cheating, especially if you not only get away undetected but instead you get detected and still allowed to accomplish your goal.
