I rather have someone who never played in a 'famaous' KD, but someone you can rely on, someone who doesn't need babysitting, someone who understands a lot in this game depends on the situation and it's important to adapt, someone who understands the mechanics (or is willing to learn these things).
Than a guy who played in a Top KD where all he had to do was follow the step by step guideline from leadership w/o thinking for himself, but thinks he's awesome just cause he was a member of that KD.
