Only because it was in the Forums first, I have already "Asked noobium" this question. I scanned on down and saw this thread and read some of it and I thought it would be a good idea to pose the same question to you that I did to noobium. I hope I get a different answer, but if not, I can accept that easy enough.

What is a very good DPA, TPA and WPA for a small(400-750 acre) Halfling/Rouge that is in the Ghetto and wants to mainly run a selfish Age?
I have restarted in Year 10, so my Science is s**t.
Also, it would be very helpful to have some ideas on a decent Building Strategy in and out of War.
Again, for a Province that is mainly only concerned with it's own affairs and not that of the Kingdom as a whole.
I would appreciate any ideas you might want to give me. Also, anything that comes from others that read this thread would also be much appreciated.
