Why have the standards changed? I don't think that hitting into EOW is worse than waving into war (it's probably not -- I'd generally rather get hit into EOW than war), and it's probably worse than hitting into EOW without a message prior.

About situation you refer you miss few key important moments. First this guy (bour) was for me random prov in ghetto we hit week 1 and offered his KD CF, They refuse but we moved on. Short after it we had hostile and during hostile we got hits non stop from this guy from his ghetto. After hostile end we visit him for pay back, his kd gone in war and he got chained so we moved on and didn't bother with him for 5-6+ weeks. Sudden later on age he become very big in farm war and we notice it. Was clear he is going to give his best for mess with us and kill our chances for crown so we take action for take him down when he is refuse all age CF with us.

Main difference is we take defensive action to some one with long history with us all age refusing CF and You/ASF asking guy you know for hit your competitor and take him down so you can gain advantage. Its dirty and lame play. I never asked some one for hit KD im supposed to war.

Last age when CJ farmed gc to his ex kd to help them in their hostile/war vs Emeriti was there punishments? Two ages ago when Emeriti gave 48h notice to a kingdom that had agreed to war them and then BB and that kingdom quickly scheduled a dodge war to start the hour before Emeriti's notice was up, was there punishments? When Flogger farmed gc from BB to BIO to help BIO 2v1 Rage (and directly lied about it until the proof was out), was there punishments?

Let me help you with one more example when you give so many from past: When Dorje intra alliance farmed several millions gold from Havoc during his hostile with AMA what ABS did? Organize GB after we still beat him in 1vs1 WAR. So don't come and complain how other KDs did it to Emeriti when your Alliance have done same intra alliance farming.

They never have admit in time his mistake and attempt to fix it in proper way. Its why you did huge mistake age 55? when ABS/ASF claimed friendly farming hits from your KD (Pulse+trollfags) and you made decision alone to give land back and not consult your KD.

Simple rule: never accept any demand from ABS if you don't think in reversed situation they will make same!

We have irreconcilable differences, because we think you getting your 380 acres back is fair while you think us giving up on the age is fair. This is like the difference between a year 2 and a year 10 ceasefire: it's immediately obvious there's no further point talking until someone changes their mind.

Flogger, as for your crown count, I have a few points there as to why I think you are being insincere in acting like you don't care about crowning. 1) last time you crowned, you WA'd me talking about crown counts and were very interested in how you ranked in such things. 2) You talked about wanting to quad crown this age. 3) You have talked about wanting to be "the last man standing" many times in reference to utopia decay and crowns. You see Emeriti as your rival to be the "best kingdom left" and them crowning would hurt your claim to that.

Talking about quad crown and actually going for it are different things. I'm sure I'm not the only person who thought about going something/war hero to try and get prince and use the double honor. Reality is dreaming/talking about things is once thing, actually going for it is another.
FWIW: I don't think it's even possible to get quad crown and you'd have to be extremely lucky to become a war hero prince.

We had no ambitions to crown this age and still do not. To give a little insight in our start of age plans, we intended to explore in protection and then go fort OOP. Unfortunately, due to a bug, we were unable to. We discovered and reported said bug roughly 48 hours before freeze ended and ticking started. Due to this our OOP plans had a 24hour delay since we'd have to wait until 24h OOP to do just that.
Oddly we got waved by a kingdom at the very end of the day. We were not fat at all and had a solid war setup. Our only weakness was the faeries that explored 200 acres each OOP. They were the ones to lose most of our land in hostile/war.
Judging by their paper they wanted a war early on; they had done 3 or 4 miniwaves on different kingdoms by then (22h OOP) and they all requested a cease fire with them.

When you then end up #2 with emeriti above you and have the pool to match them, why on earth would you not go for that when you have a setup that allows you to explore in eowcf due to having 25x ToG? The next kingdom after us was like 4k smaller.
