    ....
Two ages ago, Emeriti and BB warred early with Emeriti winning and giving a generous long cf. Emeriti got a war deal with Alice in exchange for not waving them early and giving a free long cf for them to prepare for the agreed war. Alice continually ensured Emeriti that they were preparing to war us and keep the deal. When Emeriti gave them 48h notice, they subsequently went and made a deal with BB to dodge us by warring BB 1 hour before our notice was up. BB knew full well of our given notice and also of our war deal but they still went forward with helping Alice deal break us and claiming the farm war rewards for themself. Emeriti had already fully trained and prepared before BB helped Alice deal break us at the last hour before our notice ended. BB's arranged farm war resulted in BB farming huge land and Emeriti being deal broke and sitting trained up for a week. Had Emeriti not had their farm war stolen, Emeriti would have probably ended up crowning that age since that farm war would have put Emeriti in great position relative to Pyro.

I'm not trying to throw sh*t, just point out that claiming you never arrange farm wars is not true and in that case, you arranging a farm war with them after we had already noticed them resulted in both a deal break on us and probably cost us a crown.

    ....
Yes, dorje estimated that the war was about 50/50 prep wise. Emeriti had decided not to accept any cf less than YR3 and was excited for the war and had a general feeling of confidence in being able to win even though BB was well positioned. Emeriti did fan Bours fears of being a farm and suggested he quickly get his cf's in place, especially with BB whom both Bour and Emeriti believed would try and farm him out if Emeriti and BB cf'd (which was in discussion). Emeriti never wanted interference in the BB vs Emeriti positioning or diplomacy and only wanted Bour to get his own CF and not be farmed. We recognize that Emeriti had a role in Bours feeling of a sense of urgency of needing the cf before getting farmed and "inception" that resulted in Bour hitting into post war. He thought that hitting to force talks and not be ignored and immediately offering the land and extra back for a cf would be no harm to BB and get him the cf he needed. He was wrong, it was a mistake, and emeriti made a mistake for pressuring him to get a BB cf asap by any means necessary when they should have instead been urging him to play with honor even if it resulted in his #1 prov being farmed.

Emeriti has a standing offer with BB leaders (expressed in pm's) to make appropriate concessions to restore BB's positioning relative to Emeriti. I understand that it's not as simple as just fixing the land lost at this point and I have asked BB to help figure out how to best fix things for them.

Weve given alice free cfs for 5 ages.
We were next to eachother in the charts, thats not a farmwar.
If you warred them its a farmwar 2 vs 7
We had the war arranged for weeks, as did you. They chose us

Both of our kds saw eachother preparing for it (Thats why you noticed them).

Even when Emeriti wins the age they spend it dodging kds that could beat them, and hell they even tried to dodge the BB war that won them the crown because they'd rather have 99% odds than 50/50. So forgive me if I don't see Koala's dodge as some major sin against the community. You gave them notice so that means this arranged farm war you speak of didn't have a date in the deal for when it was to go down so no reason they couldn't stall by dodging and hopefully beating BB to give them even land with Emeriti for the war they could have had a week later fulfilling their deal.

Stop pointing the blame elsewhere and start taking accepting punitive damages!

BOH, There was a date and it was already past the date and we had continually extended a few days at at time for them to finish preparations.

Flogger, It was a farm war for you and it's just silly to try and deny that. The war resulted in the biggest gains of anyone in war all age at that point and maybe even after. We were lied to by Alice, but that doesn't change that it was BB who quickly scheduled a dodge war with them after we noticed them that was both an arranged farm war and enabled Alice to deal break us and left us sitting trained up for a week and lacking the farm war that could have won us the age.

I'm enjoying the rhetoric, and by no means belittling the complexity. But so far, diplo has boiled down to: FU! Make me!

Need to offer something that is a punishment. Give us control over your theme for the rest of the age and a 1 sided cf so if were too small after killing bourr if we dont wanna fight we can avoid it. <<<<something like that is something thats hurtful.

Outsider nub point of view re punishment. I dont even play and I've nothing personal against Emeriti or former ABS poobahs - I may have a little HaLL blood in me though...

This borreau guy's move triggered all this. Emeriti denies actively supporting the move - and thus places Emeriti in a bad position. BB is pissed. I would be too. So why not both KD RK borreau's Prov/mates to prove chit plays are not condoned?

    PS./OT
I agree the deflategate is overblown. Tom Brady is the greatest of all time. Of. All. Time.

    That makes no sense whatsoever.

    1) We never tried to dodge the bb war last age.

    2) We didn't have a deal in place where we had agreed to war anyone, either. So dodging isn't a dealbreak.

Diplo boils down to each side saying "make a proposal". And then flogger going to work for the next 23 hours. But given how far apart the proposals have been it's fairly obvious we aren't near to a resolution.

Now you are having reading problems. Caps means HE REALLY WANTS YOU TO BELIEVE THE LIE.

For example I might write to you:

JESUS WILL LOVE YOU MORE IF YOU PAYPAL ME $5,000.00 US IN REAL CURRENCY

and hope that my jedi mind trick and cool uto rep will make you believe it and act accordingly.
