Well, you could certainly act upon it when you are in the same alliances as the cheateing party. But I guess its easier to turn a blind eye to it being friends and all.

A crime is a crime. But do you want to gather all the kds in the history of the game that have committed crimes, get them to sign up in one kd and then punish them? We're talking about last age.

pyro had 10 people leave their kd and you replace that with 10 guys you don't know. We know that cause CJ left and some others took the age off as well. 1 of em was bad. Both BB and Abs have traded in players who do bad things, pyro was punished pretty significantly if I recall.

Yet, its the Pyro guys themselves who keep saying there are no 'coincidences', the irony....

Losing 380a in yr1 isnt age ruining or chart shaping, esp when abundant reparations are immediately offered in compensation (I think only sheister is still clinging to the silly argument that you would have been permanently weakened?). You didnt want that, said it wasnt punishment enough on Emeriti for their involvement in the razes. I could say thats fair. But your demands that we completely bow out of the age or be dealbroke/gangbanged was 100% age ruining and chart shaping. It was so over the top redonkulous that it became clear to many of us that this isnt really abt the razes at all. If someone steals a jacket should they be punished? Sure. Should they be beaten to death? Hardly.
Having said that, I cant say that I've minded this so-called awar (lol) terribly. A lot of it has been fun actually. What seems a lot less fun is the fallout all this mess will likely cause for ages to come. And we all know we dont have many of those left. So gg...

No I am just saying that Flogger from start has been saying that he wants to set a precedent! So why is he supporting his allies who are cheating? Flogger is the White knight right? So he should have the same action for everyone.

Secondly again like flogger states that never before in last 20 ages has a kd hit in eowcf but now this age there are atleast 10 who did it. Why again is that he wants to punish just us? IF HE WANTS TO SET A PRECEDENT then all the kds should face the same punishment? Enemies or allies whatsoever?

This would probably be true if this was a single incident that happened and would likely not happen again in the near future. However, the reputation of the KD at hand, their affinity for such behavior and so on suggest that these offenders are likely to repeat the offense unless the punishment was more severe. It works the same way in real life law (I'm not a law student or very familiar with it but I know that much).

Yes I know where you are getting at. But the reason here is same! To set a precedent that you shouldnt hit into EOWCF. 10-12 kds participating in this GB on both sides and are hitting in EOWCF. So why is that only one side should be actioned?
