This what i suspected myself. Because normally the top actually mail and contact both sides to gather evidence. In this instance they just razed us. Trust me fs if i controlled or initiated a gb on you would leave your provs on 50a for the lawlz

As for ruthless, they deal broke FS on own accord it seems? Why is BB breaking cf deal with markers if they are not involved in ruthless waving? Shouldn't BB apologise and get their own gb?

It would seem that in a game where ages are running longer and competition is getting harder to find, players are much more willing to deal with perceived injustices. Top KDs have always relied on their threat of being larger to play the game how they believe should be played, however few ever want to be stuck in a retal war trading or having to raze kill people while other KDs outgrow them and their major weakness is vs. KDs who just don't care (until they themselves have nothing to play for).
FS have played the game they see fit for the last few ages, showing they're willing to ignore CF offers and powerplay KDs for weeks when it suits them, while also showing they're more than willing to ask for outside help when things aren't going their way. I've not been following this age too much and not read the whole thread but there's comments about FS dealbreaking this age and bottom feeding for honour, so for the 3rd age in a row FS find themselves at the centre of a controversy.
If ED waving FS is enough to have the hostile declared "invalid" after a few hours of no hits/ops (only for FS to start them again after Pyro wave) and it being grounds to ask alliance for aid, then I don't see any reason why FS "picking on" a KD much like ED "picked on" FS isn't grounds for other KDs to engage FS. Utopia has a unique way of people remembering KDs previous actions and judging them in kinda, probably the closest thing to karma we're going to get.

And as far as Ruthless is it really deal breaking if they were bullied into the CF that they didn't want to be in to begin with? Sounds like they were more like they were forced into containment and when they saw a chance for revenge they escaped their cages.

Paymon, while I agree with the forcing, I don't think breaking an eoacf is "ok", if you don't want a deal there is many ways to avoid making it, but you have to be willing to take the hits that comes if you don't, many kds will move on, after a wave or 2.. Unfortunately FS doesn't before they feel you can't get back at them again.. You should grow from start and do same to them next age if you can find them....
but don't break eoacf deals for revenge.

Exactly what Aranfein said. No one is asking you to just lay down and take a beating all the time, but there are proper responses to this kind of stuff that doesn't involve breaking the 2 pillars. If every time someone felt threatened or bullied, an alliance showed up and messed someone up, the game would be even more trashy than it has already been.
