Our previous Monarch of Outsiders (before we disbanded) is no longer around. Weather or not Iampost is even able to get logs from Apocolypse, I am unsure.

Logs or no logs, our kingdom knows what went down... and we do not forget. We are asking nobody to defend what happened. We did not come to the forums to whine about it. FS is FS... this is what they, and many others do. Hitting down, into an active hostile is actually a safe bet... and they played those cards.

We HAD either an EOA CF with FS, or a year 12 (I am unsure of specifics). I believe we also have a current "un-term'ed" CF with them due to their orginal DB, and us calling in an ally to stop the sh1tplay.

I actually agree with you that Iampost should try to show evidence instead of just saying you deal broke.

But here is my problem. If you haven't changed a whole lot very recently I know that you keep pretty tight records. So are you saying you never dealt at all with that kingdom? are you saying you forgot? Or are you saying if he can't show it, it doesn't count?
If you did in fact wave into an active hostile I am fairly certain you know. If there was a deal, I am fairly certain you know.

Had you said there was no deal and no deal break and no hitting into hostile when it first came up, I would have taken your word for it. I can't speak for everyone but like always I give people the benefit of the doubt. It's not so easy now after you deliberately ignored it, then refused an answer and now you act like you don't know.

The reason I am pointing this out is because I don't think you are a bad person. I think you are a good person that got himself into a pickle by trying hard to be a harda$$, a stern, uncompromising person that expects to get his way at all cost.

The burden of proof is on the accusers. I think Sampuan's point is that there was no deal to cause a deal break and there was not a wave into hostile either. Simple messages and showing of paper would clear this up quickly. If the evidence exists, it should be presented. It's not even hard. Copy/Paste. If you're going to accuse and someone asks you for proof, is it too much to ask for you to give it? Papers, in-game messages, etc aren't sensitive, so what's the issue with sharing them? Bring forth the evidence or stfo. If you don't have the logs because your old monarch is gone, then that's too bad for you. After your monarch is gone, it's your job to gather info on your cfs and such by getting the logs from the pertinent monarchs so you are sure where you stand. I'm pretty sure FS would know more about what the deal was than you in this case, and would have shared the logs with you had you asked. They still could provide them if you weren't so standoffish.

Making vague accusations that the accused cannot defend himself against is also a form of bullying. You did not bring it up, but Iampost did. You agreed with Iampost but neither of you have given and details that Francis could acknowledge or deny. Maybe your ally could help out with verification or the kingdom you had the hostile with

As I said, I am no longer part of Outsiders... or in any leadership position. Nor did I have anything to do with the calling in of allies. This matter needs to be taken up with Iampost if you require more concrete evidence.

I do agree with Iampost's statements... but thats as far as I go. Like i said, I'm not here asking for anything, I am just verbally backing Iampost's statements. This is his fight, his reputation... and the reputation of the accused. I'm just a player, that posts from time to time, that was in the KD when Iampost's claims happened. I received a PM asking if "I was looking to get back at these guys". I was given the headsup on SS wanting to declare.

I (Lost Souls) was accused by Francis of organizing a gb. I did send messages to some kingdoms. I asked them to go to the forum and vote and voice their opinions.
I also mentioned we could start a taskforce to represent the smaller kingdoms interests for NEXT age.

my crew who followed me and I have fought much tougher 25 vs 25 man wars, where there's most probably better strategical planning, better coordination and better leadership. and we have fought kingdoms at the top of the whoring tier and warring tier and won most of them.

i sat sitting after ~28hrs in war when the noobs markers and copious were declaring that they could run much better waves with better strategical decisions and chaining than me. of course i laughed and decided to let them prove their point. at start of hostile, SS were 140k nw behind Ascension and about ~10% troops behind.. when i decided to set sitting (after micro-ing the first 3 full waves).. SS were 170k NW ahead (both sides made the same amount of waves).. we all knew what happened after that.

i'm sure ascension were wondering how come after ~28hrs of war, SS were like making poor strategical decisions and poor planning/coordination.

Markers was handed a war in his favour, but not only did he proceed on to lose it. he lost it badly.. and that's even with one of the more active crews i've seen in the past few ages of uto.

Define what's 'hitting too much '? After you do so, then consider did fs hit too much?

Any ww by #2 SS would generate at least 15-20k honour

Logs can come if and when I have time. First however, I'd like saumpuan /leadership of fs to acknowledge what I'm referring to instead of firstly ignoring me totally and then playing dumb. People have enough bad experiences edit this kd irrespective of anything I will post.
