I stretched out a hand to Binar earlier today and what happens after that is up to LS of both kds. I hope it ends good for all and that competition will be alive in the top for many weeks to come.

Anri -- ultimately, I think the reason why Pandas aren't getting more support is because of the initial request to not help them. A lot of kds expressed a willingness to, and when they were told it wasn't necessary, they went on to do other things. Hard to now be upset that either those kds are profiting from it (as it's not like you could expect those kds to sit around not doing anything, and you asked them to not help you), and/or no longer available (e.g. BB/WSK).

Being suspected in this situation is normal. You and Emerity profit most from situation and Jester actions is clear suspicious.

No one from both kingdoms made clear position about this DB. Did you support it or not? Do you going to extend CF with Panda or you will try use it for jump them (i dont know when your CF expire)? Its all about choice you want to make. I don't expect much moral from Leaders in Emerity. Your kingdom is new so you are building your history and relations now.

As far as I know pandas have made no contact with our kingdom since our original CF. I personally (I dont do diplo for sparta) am in favor of working this out in a way that allows for fair competition at top.

However, lets not beat around the bush here. Sparta was rocketing to #1 very early when we got waved by the U who then exploited a bug in the game to allow themselves to train up much much more than they would have been able to. Was there any discussion about reparations to sparta for us losing the #1 spot due to getting waved by a kd that then used a massive exploit in hostile? No. Most people seemed to think since that MANY MANY kds got a free extra fort that it was ok, and due to the use of this exploit during a time when sparta was in conflict MANY MANY competing KDS got to double fort, while sparta lost its only OOP fort to a conflict with cheaters. This led us relatively weak and open to yet another wave, which happened after what we now know was a multi kd fsu hit our banks. Did pandas offer us the chance to recover for a fair competition? no, they waved our banks and gave us a terrible CF that we had no other choice than to take.

After all that am I bitter? no actually. This is UTO and I cant expect pandas to step down and not compete due to things that were not their fault. They were in a position to wave us because of cheating that other people did, they didnt owe us anything. Pandas got DB yes, and as terrible as that is it is not actually cheating. No one multi fsud them and no one exploited game bugs to block them. My best understanding is that we wanted jesters to war sparta, as at the time we thought that a war with another top 5 kd was our only way to stay in the land race. I still feel like a sparta vs jesters war would have been much better. I truely wish that we had been able to arrange the war, as it potentially would have rocketed jesters or sparta to a great position.

Dont make assumptions about what sparta wants. We didnt want a jesters DB with pandas, and certainly if we "controlled" jesters that was not the best thing for us. If pandas needs help or wants to diplo they can open up talks (maybe they have i actually dont know) but we dont **owe** any other top kd any more than what they gave us after we suffered from kds that used bug exploits and multis.

Between the choice of being forced to eat endless wave or declare they would have lost their age either way so there is no choice. With war at least they can salvage something.

Still find it funny that DB's happen and people involved in DB's are in KD's that are still in the top today, should we destroy those KD's as well... oh wait they eventually disband and just form new ones and around the carousel we goooooo!!!!!

If you could see what they write in the war forum i am pretty sure you would change your mind. They got pretty much 25 people all acting the same and trust me they have zero regrets of anything they have done and everything they post is to taunt/mock us. Every single post seem to be made by a 13y old.
