actually the most accepted form of cheating. The trading of accounts was certainly the one that gave kd's with the greatest advantage. Far more than x-log. If you had active reliable players there was far less of a need for x-log.

Xloggers are like "robots" playing, multis, correct?
These traded accts were real people who made real mistakes and achievements. To compare the two is not logic.

Few thoughts.

1) I dunno why Jesters think they can negotiate a wd and then declare on someone actioning them. I just presume that they will get a 50% war loss and have to cf all involved or continue being banged? Why would notPanda's let Jesters do that to someone who helped them? Imo.


2)I'm finding Shai's Brock Lesnar heel turn interesting. I say heel turn; might be a more a 'tweener attitudinal face if he then goes after ASF as the authority figure. = )

It was accepted and not considered true cheating. I had years to ponder the ethical consequences of trading accts, and in the end, people want to play with their friends. That's why the devs allow invites (besides $) now.

It is not the same level of cheating that multis are, or xlogging, by a long shot. Yes, everyone did it. That's why in age 4, Mehul shuffled accts. After that, he realized there was really nothing he could do about it. I hate to tell you this, but the deleted accts were likely multis, and not from trading.

Mehul did not want traded accts, that is true. In the end, he had to turn a blind eye to them. I'm pretty sure he decided that one person playing one acct with friends was not to the same level of cheating as multis/xloggers. Common sense would say that one does not equal the other, and he went after the other.

One player, one account is personally preferable to me also.
That said, the beliefs we hold as a "community " doesn't mean we didn't ignore the rules just as much.

We ignored it. I did it too.

I just don't really view "kd optimisation " or "scripting " as that different. ..as we all made a choice to cheat outside of how the game we were presented was.

I traded and babysat accounts. I just don't think those of us who did that outside of the rules , are being anything other than being a bit ...dunno..self biased if we go all in on x log/script/etc.

The same points could be made.

If you had polled the T200 a decade ago, I'm sure they would have paid to send stuff out.

To me,no.

It's really a bit hypocritical imo. The idea that I can bring someone in but because "Hey, I'mma only log account (that I'll tell you about) and hey "You are good people. Everyone does it" is a bit Sean O'Haire to me.
