beating the first 3 peat champs in like 10 years gets you no love? harsh. I can pretty much join any war kingdom and beat pretty much any superkingdom simply by my #proskills. The rest of em need 25 people who never log off to even compete. Every time I joined a fresh new war kd whose never competed we won the first age we tried. #truth #bio4ever #canufeelthepulse, but yeah I miss my BB'ers, they're pretty pro, but they wanted to slack and pyro didn't so I went to help them out a bit for a few ages. At this point if prot wanted to stay up for 20 hours a day he could probably run a war the same way I do. Had CJ and nesta not had their BFF fights, woulda been a pretty unbeatable threesome leading that one.

I don't think BB wants to be important, they just want to be big and slack without someone being able to bottomfeed them, so they want to be #2/#3. When You're #10 and slacking then people can pick on you. You can relax better at #2. Emeriti is the best kd on the server by far, they got tripled and ****ed OOP and BB didn't push any advantage whatsoever eventhough they were #1 OOP and undisturbed and CF'd em for like 3-4 weeks. If they were going for #1 actively they woulda been way rougher on em. If I was leading BB in that spot I'd have wanted 10% of their land, mostly on my banks and faes, and wanted a pretty short like 2 week CF and would have setup my CFs to war them when it was done. Not go yr7 without any hits. Even without that, I woulda just warred em now when they had a huge advantage they won't have a few weeks from now. Most likely BB is going to be left out of the crown hunt while others fight and end up staying #2/#3. BB's crown shot was warring emeriti within the next week, most likely.

When i made acount this age i check chart from age 62 when i retired till now and notice 2 thinks.

1.There is no more top 3 its only top 2 because for past ages only CR and Emeriti are regular in top 3. No other KD manage to be often in top 3. So we have only 2 good KDs left in land chart.
    2. When BB was constant TOP 3 during our ally time now BB have hard time to finish in TOP 3 made it only 2 ages. I don't know why is it just its statistic from chart.

If you ask to be left alone and let other kds compete so you can finish n2-3 its a bit unfair to other kingdoms. CR don't compete so all rest competitors are equal and only Emerity is better one.

Flogger can never take a kd to crown without an equally strong person to manage the kd and counter his ideas. As much as a great strategist and negotiator he is, some of his ideas make absolutely no sense even if the numbers work out to be.

So realistically you should join Sparta and win a crown every age. We got all the ingredients for you to be successful and in me you'll have a supreme motivator and people-manager. I await your application EOA, or do you work by invitation only :D ?

Even though I won't be playing in the kingdoms that would be up top, I'd prefer to compete with these great players... If it were me; I enjoy seeing what they're doing from the receiving end.

Protector is very practical. We all might bite our fingernails because of BeastBloods setup, position and reputation but protector is right. In the long view the best way to slack is from a position of power.

If Pyromaniacs would've had the recruits they certaining had the framework for a solid kingdom. I was surprised at the naivety of some of the core. This was critical in the loss to Freeakstyle. Nobody seemed able to pivot their focus. That nesta was microing every hit he was active for speaks volumes. I didn't envy nesta. I mean, I'm crude but I know how to fight unguided and strike keystone strats.

The Sparta war was not a shining moment. My impression was Pyro leadership was burned out.

The major problem with microing is that it makes your core lazy and inept. My moment of insight came about a year ago when I took an age off to focus on my studies. I still idled in Spartan chat and found out that when I wasn't managing people, the first 1-2 weeks they seemed lost. After that however they started picking up and doing things themselves. A good leader knows how to motivate those he puts in charge of the various tasks in the KD. The key is giving people real authority to make calls and always back them up no matter if the decision is good or bad. Progress is slower, and it is definitely no fast-track to glory, but in the long run that pays off.

Second advantage is that because of that I am always very well rested thus in a good state of mind to think well about the important decisions that have to be made. Lack of sleep is a killer, and I always force my LS to take a good rest so they don't burn out (like, literally force them to give sitting for 2-3 days to catch a breath).
