But it stands to reason that as Landlust is undoubtedly a hostile act then TBB is actively fighting FS and the conflict therefore cannot be considered onesided, and thus FS is justified to pursue them until they get the CF deal they want(or just keep wailing on them until they stop fighting back and proceed to take whatever they feel is suitable).

It's day 4 and FS is still feeding on TBB elves. Lol trash. I love seeing 'top kds' play like *****es. It's always rather enjoyable to see them lose any and all semblance of e-honur and e-dignity.
And I'm still waiting for someone to bring something to the table that shows that TBB are multi-cheaters. People get actioned in games like this all the time because the detection methods that admins have are relatively crude, yet very effective for what they are. Especially with how big of a player base this game has from Asia, I am surprised that more accounts aren't terminated due to the high use of proxy servers some people are required to use. Maybe people are still running proxy-farm multi armies, but that seems like way too much effort for this game imo.
And whoever said that TBB is encouraging this gangbang by opping FS, you're a fool and I hope you get a papercut under your fingernail for your stupidity.

Definitely a bonus though (in my personal opinion) that it also serves to pseudo punish the kd for all their ****play this age.

Lets recap:
FS waves you, TBB. A KD in range and without any open relations
How does TBB react:
1. Does not diplo with FS
2. Tries to run away from conflict by waving CR instead
3. Bad mouthing and drag FS name through the mud for a legitimate wave against a KD in range.
...
4. Diplo? Did this ever even happen? I'm curious, what have you offered FS to move on, and as compensation for TBB running away from them?
5. LL FS
Yeah, looks like you've tried everything in your power to encourage FS to move on.
While I can't speak for FS, here are a few suggestions that may help you deal with similar situations in the future:
1. Don't double hostile yourself.
2. You want a KD to move on? Don't spend days lying and bad mouthing them in the forums. Calling people names is not a good way to encourage them do what you want.
3. Offer something for FS to move on. (perhaps this happened, but I've seen no mention of this by TBB nor FS, please enlighten us if I am wrong).
PS. Anyone who has ever dealt with Bishop knows that significant proof is required for actioning to take place.

What proof? The fact that they got some war wins taken away? This is irrefutable evidence that TBB runs multi accounts? Causality =/= reality.
Really, the issue means nothing to me. I was intrigued why they lost the war wins in the first place, so I asked them what happened. The answer is not nearly as nefarious as everyone makes it out to be.
Aelia -- what does TBB have that FS has not already taken from them? At this point it's a pretty clear grudgebang amongst kds that have no realistic shot at winning any crown at all at this point. I've said it many times, I have no dog to pick in this fight. I simply enjoy seeing the 'top' being so petty. Doesn't matter what game it is, the 'top' always assumes a 'moral majority' but once that is challenged, the 'rules' never apply to them. You guys are funny. Thanks for the entertainment :)

Its proof enough they are cheaters, but I guess it doesnt matter in your world cause whatever TBB does is okey while everyone else shall be burned at the stakes! ... And if you cheat a bit its a logical conclusion you would cheat more. But I was pointing out how you tried to justify the cheating with "Its not them who cheats its the detection system that is bad!!"
Huh, perhaps TBB should have thought about this a few days ago when they decided to run away from FS instead of doing diplo.
Perhaps if TBB would have chosen to negotiate instead of lying and insulting FS in the forums things would have worked out differently.
Yes, indeed it seems like TBB's choice to insult and bad mouth FS instead of having a conversation has failed to create any incentive for FS to move on, but the other way around.
Perhaps if you would have had read my previous post these things would've been obvious to you.

In another game I played, I got deleted from a server because I was using an internet proxy to circumvent my school's internet controls which just so happened to be the same proxy server another guy from Serbia used to run an account in an enemy faction. It's not the system's fault that we were deleted. It did it's job like it is supposed to. That's just how things happen sometimes. That doesn't make me or the Serb a cheater. But if that's the logic and reasoning you are choosing to believe in, go for it.
