From what i know ASF don't play atm in Emeriti and Flogger left BB long ago.

Emeriti say ASF Ghettos around and gives advice to The Bin - I believe them (question is what he does for them from outside :P).

Flogger doesn't play in BB, all he did was help out BB LS during that one war to set up targets (nothing else, he was there briefly) because BB LS was too engaged in RL to be dealing with Utopia at the time.

I'm not 100% informed but I do have a very good idea. I don't feel comfortable talking about them in that context at the moment. Either of them can speak for themselves if they want to. Oh, one more thing, they are not officially on bad terms with each other, let's say Flogger simply doesn't play at the moment and look at it from that perspective.

Too be fair Spartans left the warring tier because they couldn't beat anyone. So I can see them being afraid of FS and The New Breed. I mean they don't even have a shot of beating either one of those kingdoms.
