I find the choice to go with 3000k instead of 3mil to be odd.

Someone must not have played any MMOs with Korean gold farmers.

3. Go into war before settling diplo

Quite a tricky one.

His "ok" might mean he agrees with the EOA CF, but on the other hand I specifically asked for him to reply "agreed" if he agreed to the EOA CF. What is the verdict on this? Should I push for more definitive confirmation or is this sufficient? (fwiw, we'll hold razes until this is cleared up!).

2. Robbing ooh to fund your war
3. Not responding to diplo
4. Lying in the forums

Havoc posted a topic target sharing bartija, claiming they never robbed them which shockingly turned out to be a lie. They ignored diplo, which was imo a very fair offer. And created an unfair warring advantage over their opponent via gc. Does this make bartija's actions justified? I guess that's opinion based. Is havoc at least partially to blame for their current situation? You bet your behind they are.

Sadly none of the mechanics makes it possible for me to keep a CF in place. It's really up to the KD willing to DB me to deal with the consequences just to get some satisfaction.

It's fairly obvious Bart will keep this up with his 5 prov KD for as long as it takes. Pretty silly of the other monarch to not EoACF. Hell, if I can CF Panthira these guys can sure as hell CF Bart.
