RBL vs Bad GFs

The fact that every single little relation in the game have to be discussed in theses forums and put under the microscope just shows how tiny the game has become

I think it's all about the definition of hostile:

• In the eyes of RBL they are hostile if they see "hostile relations" (one way) in the politics/relations tab.
• In the eyes of Bad GFs (and Elit) a hostile constitutes "hostile relations" (both ways)

I think it has been clearly established in numerous threads that one-way traffic is not a hostile.

Most recent occurences that I recall:

• CR waving PyroManiaCs OOP+7 while PyroManiaCs had 1 way hostile
• Settlers waving PyroManiaCs while PyroManiaCs had 1 way hostile

Both times the people on the bandwagon said "tough luck, got caught pants-down". If these two situations were "hostile", meaning ethics say no hitting in, I think we should call on the FPA again to police :)

In short: 1 way traffic = farming and 2 way traffic = hostile.
Bad GFs had no reason not to wave.

In my eyes a hostile is a hostile until the kingdom that you waved loses the button either by A) Meter decay or B) CF accepted. As it stands, POUET () still has a button on us and could push it. In Elit's eyes, this is now ok:

AMA waves CR
RBL Waves AMA
RBL and AMA CF
CR Declares on AMA

So the above can now happen and it is deemed ok as CR had not retal any hits on AMA and one way traffic of hits does not constitute being a hostile?

I havent talked with Elit and never asked him to do annything to us, we just asked for a 2nd opinion if he consider this a legit wave or not, he was never involved in our diplo/actions vs RBL. If waving a bigger kd who is pretty much in same position as us(bigger actually with all TOGs and fully trained) aint legit then I'm sry. Next time we'll invite our wave target to a coke a movie and maybe then we can bang bang eachother ;)

Didn't RBL bring the double hostile on themselves? I'm pretty sure the two 20 prov kd's didnt wave RBL and bring it to hostile... so I'm guessing that RBL brought relations to hostile with 2 separate kds. Sounds like wSk just wanted to get in the party :)

Faegan, facts please. Let me refresh your memory.

On jan 24th yr0 you waved kingdom 6 (cant post locs) on your island. 33 trads, 1 bounce. And you started a dragon on them. 1578 total gains.
On feb 1st yr0 you made 10 hits into kingdom 1 on your island. 350 acre gains. They offered a cf on feb 1st yr0 which you accepted that same hour.
On feb 1st yr0 you also made another 4 hits on kingdom 6 on your island. That brought your total gains vs them on 1730 acres. You offered them a CF on feb 1st yr0 which they accepted that same hour. You also cancelled the dragon you started at them that same hour.

In total you also made 4 other hits. 1 on feb 1st and 3 on feb 2nd.
Feb1YR0 Quaalude (*:**) captured 53 acres of land from Xysticus (*:**).
Feb2YR0 Ondansetron Hydrochloride (*:**) captured 42 acres of land from Xa Ligha (*:**).
Feb2YR0 Fentanyl (*:**) captured 46 acres of land from thenewking (*:**).
Feb2YR0 Fentanyl (*:**) captured 18 acres of land from Dimensional Shambler (*:**).

After that no hits made by your kd and no hits made by othes on your kd untill feb 7th when we wave you.

If both the 20 man kds both retal us, yes that is our fault. But for a 3rd to come and wave and then the possibility of those other 2 retaling what would WSK have claimed then?

Elit is a competitor of RBL. Of cause he would claim it is not a hostile and for you to wave us. Are you for real?

This goes back to the can you prevent being waved by someone good by perma farming little ghettos that could never war you? If you are hostile the whole age because you are waving KDs 1/2 your nw, can none of the other top kds wave you? I have no sympathy for RBL here.

don't be a noob. Holding a hostile against a ghetto who is outside of declare range is not hostile. Otherwise any kd would just hostile a ghetto at start of age, tag hostile, then random all age? Figure it out. If you are hitting 2 different ghettos you clearly aren't concerned about either of them pressing button. CR players have hit into other kingdoms "hostiles" with ghettos as have RBL players. This is nothing new. If you got waved by a KD in your NW range and weren't prepared go fortified and send them a CF give them the free wave, or prepare for war if you're in okay shape.

What you need to do is diplo not some fail forums stunt.

I once waved simians who were "hostile" even though they had just given some ghetto button and then were randoming other kingdoms as well as hitting the "hostile" KD. If you are confident enough to random outside of your hostile it isn't a hostile. A shame rage shell has sunk to simians logic :( (only thing of note i think is that ama supported simians in the conflict from a morale perspective)

I dont agree with goodz a whole lot but he makes perfect sense now.

You can not claim hostile unless 1 side is hostile and the other ATLEAST unfriendly, otherwise the top has broken any rule they have set by randoming into ghetto that are even hostile/war arranged just for the easy acres.

Its a war game, do as goodz say and stop complaining. - That said Warseekers, as war had been discussed before, could have at least messaged and said game on, as RBL had the courtesy to ask a few days earlier before just preparing and waving, and i can understand they are angry at that.

As for all diplo going trough CR, why are they even involved? sure they can ask for war or they could just wave as it was only hostile 1 way, but thats their business.. why stick your nose in someone waving another KD?

So if my ghetto suddenly waved a bigger KD that was mid pumping.. Should CR jump in and do their negotiations too? or should i ask CR to do mine, to "push" the waving KD off me, out of fear of them getting involved? bulls**t, RBL is good enough to fight own battles and Drixx is more then capable of doing good diplo.

My guess is CR needs RBL for the top and don't want a war KD taking their position on ranking that they can not control.

Very good post Aranfein. Main problem in all this story is Havoc doing diplo for RBL. Im sure RBL have enough people for make his own diplo.

The thread started with elit getting somewhat involved in diplo. Perhaps both AMA and CR should stay out of other kingdoms diplo.

but if rbl and havoc are allies it makes sense for them to help each other if they feel one is being mistreated. I just don't see any foul committed so no reason for havoc to interfere.

No reason for AMA to be involved in anyway unless they are planning on policing server ;)

But just to make things clear:

1. Wave out
2. Hostile
3. Send CF
4. CF accepted
5. Hostile over

Next time we'll have to remember not to accept/send CFs while armies out.

are we still QQ fake rage in fake hostile?

Lets make the list complete then Faegan. Or dont you remember admitting that it wasnt a real opponent you waved, but that you waved a KD that you had hoped to get a farmwar from? Its not like you waved a serious opponent or something. You should add that to the list to make it complete

When we waved they were both in range. Also only 24 hours passed and NOT 48 hours such as people are saying here.

and waving a 20 ppl kd 1 mil smaller for 24h with 3 ambushes, and annother one for 4 days with 1-2 retall/day is a hostile? :))

Kd 6 on my island was a farm and not a real opponent? Lol maximouse. They were the only full kd in my island and we waved them right OOP. Somehow before the islands opened up to you I recall they lost a province to self deletion or something. But we're 10k vs 10k land and both kds are 25 provinces at point of OOP.

Seems like we aren't the ones who need to get the facts straight. So I shouldn't have accepted the CF until my troops are home. I hear you loud and clear. Else, waving into us with troops out is legit.

Nesta, go fight with faegan over that statement. Its your player who made that statement. Not me...;). I just reminded him of his own words.
