Had i wanted crowns i had joined the best KDs every step of my career instead of fighting the best with my own kd the hard way.
My own failure hunting for the crown is 3 out of 3 times. I let you know if i go for it a 4th time. Had i only wanted a crown to my name i be in Emeriti this age or CR last age and so forth.

Wow, joining the #1 kingdom is any given age would have given you a crown to your name?! Thanks for these elite strategy tips. Also thanks for confirming that you aren't an elite leader that's capable of beating the competition.

Maybe concentrate a bit more on forum environment and moderation instead of trolling and this place could be a good place for uto discussions Palem. Just a pro tip.

I say we will tax CR soon, how is this crying about "feyrplay being taxed". If you don't understand mature discussions maybe you should stay out of them for the time being.

Any of the four KD crowns or three province crowns are valid. Still, none.

taxing is the best way to win any one age, but probably the worst way to win 5 ages straight.

Best way to avoid tax is having the #1 kd feel comfortable they can beat the #2 kd with a few advantages (science, WPA, skill, etc.). I've won many ages, and most often than not I just let the #2 kingdom get to my size then I beat them. I don't recall an age where we let #2 catch up, give them a chance, then we lost and regretted it. I didn't tax the whole server every age to ensure we were way larger than #2. Most every time we ended up the same size, but maybe I had more bank land, etc. There are tons of kds we've never even hit that were consistently large, simians was one. We never hit them cause they were never #2.

In say FS and Emeriti's situation now, I imagine the two kds coulda done diplo to give FS 48h more to prep, then arrange war. Emeriti would probably prefer 1 war than going 0/0. Emeriti still wins, FS has a shot, both sides end up happy and shake hands. Dunno if FS asked for that, but I think that was probably doable, and "avoids the tax"

Semantics. You can call it what you like as long as people know what you mean, also "tax" is less of a mouthful than "acres for a CF deal".

I think I told zauper he should prolly change his kd name from IRS taxman for 2 months too. I traditionally only asked for land if I really really needed it. Often times, when I'm #1, I rarely thing I need it. On flip side, zauper is right that we essentially landblock eachother. When 4 of the top 6 kds are ex kdmates in leadership, its hard to take land off any of them without Bart making a thread about it. I even got a thread started about any kd we even thought about waving this age, where are we gonna get land from ;p
