IMO, I think there is no hostile existing between them once Pan entered war. Of course, ppl can argued that once 48h of war (assuming min time) is up, plus another 72h of eowcf, Pan will still the so called button which is non existent as well because they are way OOR.

With that say, that is left with 12 days. I doubt Pan will be able to get in range to take back the button on Spartan. Even they could, they aren't in the condition nor good enough to win. Even a normal player can visualize that.

But yet Spartan kept argue on the fact that hostile isn't over as Pan made that threat. I find it laughable. That kind of threat carry no weight.

Furthermore, it was Pan who got wave by their current war opponent and they declared, not the other way round. I don't feel that this is dodging. They are waved by 2 kingdoms..one which is with button and possibility of winning, another totally oor with no button, I find it logical to declare on the in range one.

I just find what Spartans had done is very lame. 1-2 ages ago , after winning the war against FREe, they waved them again to secure a CF because FREE is in range and will mount a threat to Spartan goal, that is understandable. I don't see how Pan posed any threat.

She should stop making threats and CF then? Any sized province can land FG etc. Panthira is a threat to Sparta as long as they have a province over 0.5rwpa. Only provinces straight out of protection have lower wpa than that. You figure out what we should do next.

There is a rule which has been followed a number of times. If no hits are exchanged for 12 hrs then PI can notice Spartans and hit them as well!

The last precedence when a Kingdom kept hitting/razing was between ED and FS. ED kept hitting FS and was not ready to stop it even when Francis was giving empty threats to Parth. That is where BB intervened with a threat of alliance action.

Spartans is doing the same thing. Not agreeing to CF and keep on hitting CD.

Francis wasn't giving empty threats. If you want to get technical stick to the facts. FS ceased hits and later on Pyro hit ED. It got called a double hostile by almost everyone except for the parties involved. BB even had to pay reparation.

Same is right now for CD. Spartans is offering them something that CD is not interested to buy.

See I know that you cannot read and process at the same time. But I am clearly not talking about double hostile. I am talking about how kd 1 kept hitting the kd 2 cos of some grudge and it was stopped with top interventions.

Whereas nothing is being done here by the top!

And this whole example came from the word " Precedence " as someone mentioned on top!
