ED was offering a CF when pyro intervened. Pyro ultimately apologized and ED was made whole.

My understanding is that Sparta is offering a CF and CD declining?

The parallel would seem to argue it's hostile due to CDs refusal to accept a duration CF. Though there's not a pre existing grudge here.

And the kds were #1 and #2 honor in active competition with each other. Not seeing that here either. So maybe it would go the other way.
