Thats what I was talking about, adapting by gangbanging and making it stop ;p
The devs mainly dealt with the issue by adding that the range limitation is over after 200 hits, so its not as prevalent as before.
However one comment stuck out, I imagine you won't find noticed and ceasefires as ridiculous if you ever competed in the top. We have 8 day notice essentially with mercy and still have a gigantic disadvantage.
Its easy to live without notices if growth is not something you seek, as you can sit in fortified and pump as long as you want after conflicts before coming out. But if you're trying to grow and one kingdom has the ability to pump sciences, then all kingdoms must try to achieve that otherwise you lose.
Which brings back to the original point, why is someone 1/3 of our size telling us what is ridiculous (notices/ceasefires) or not in a game we're competing in that largely doesn't involve you whatsoever (top kingdoms don't really random war kingdoms anymore). If the rules were made that we didn't need them to compete, no one in the top likes dealing with the notices/dicing, believe me.
