Ofc I don't trust them, but that post by Slate was insinuating that we misunderstood what they are planning to do, not what will happen. He failed, and now is changing his tone. It's fine though, we are all on the same side, and that is NOT Jolt's side.

I agree with this. Makes more sense to have a server wide reset (which SHOULD be doable on OMAC's part), without having them to try and fix the ones that did not reset (more prone to error).
Looking at my island, I would say a good 40% of the WHOLE island still has lord status.
I know this is VERY annoying but I would rather let them fix ALL the bugs and not have bugs during oop like 2 ages ago (where people can train specs with no gold)

Reading the Update - Important thread in Announcements, it very much insinuates that there will be a mass reset, not a selective reset. You are just hearing what you think you want to hear to validate your own argument.
You could accuse me of doing the same thing.
However, how many instances in history can you find where the words they said and the reality that followed were one in the same?
