I don't understand why everything has to be a democracy based solely on people that read the forums.

It's beyond obvious that freeze time has to be extended considering that so many people still have considerably more gold and honor than others. We were promised a reset days ago to fix this and it still hasn't happened. Now those that have already manually reset their provinces are at a severe disadvantage to those that have reset, assuming the promised server wide reset isn't happening. If it is happening, those that haven't manually reset are screwed considering they already have their builds up and likely won't be able to login in time to put up buildings again.

Who says they are being greedy? 80% or more of this game is casual enough to not even notice anything is wrong. We shouldn't help drive them out the door. When the active players finish a round at 8000+ acres, where do you think that land came from?? It was passed up the food chain from the casual players exploring in their ghettos without a chance in the world of keeping it. We shouldn't irritate them because its the only thing keeping this game afloat.

Folks, just waiting on confirmation and then I will give you an update. Totally understand your frustrations but if we can try and keep it civil to each other, everyone is entitled to their opinion on the issue, no need to make it personal. I realise we are cutting it very fine with the game starting in a matter of hours, will provide further information as soon as we have it.

Read that dumbass. You did not say "the partial reset will fail, and they will resort to a full reset". You actually thought it was a planned full server reset, and you insulted us for thinking it wouldn't affect those who have reset. Now, STOP trying to cover up your own stupidity, and let's just move the **** on and redirect our anger where it belongs, the idiots at Jolt.

Assuming that you are correct in your assumption based on what they told everyone, which is different than my INTERPRETATION of what they have told everyone, and there is only a partial reset. Consider this:

The game will likely have already started by the time those provinces that were reset as part of a partial reset log in and realize that they were reset. Without any knowledge of what is happening and (likely) without bothering to go to the forums and read about what happened and (likely) receiving a cryptic message from the game admins about what happened, what do you think the chances are that they might just pick a random race/personality/province name that may not follow a kingdom theme or may not be the race/personality they would have otherwise used, thinking that the game is still frozen and they have the opportunity to reset?

Regardless of whether this is going to be a system wide reset or a selective reset, I have given consideration to all the possibilities and there is no way that starting the game today makes any sense.

Further, I STILL disagree that "the Jolt staff told us" the reset would be selective. Reading the LATEST information they posted, which becomes more cryptic with time, I STILL interpret what they have said in the most recent posts to indicate a server wide reset. I STILL think you are a tool for your incorrect determination of how this will play out. My argument ignores the post by Fagashlil the first day of freeze which indicates the PLAN to selectively reset, because it was superceded by a NEW thread which mentions NOTHING about a selective reset.
