why would you hurt a kingdom that's done nothing to you? merely because you can? if you were still in the top and have age goals i doubt you would bother taking time out of your age to join in a stupid GB.

I can only assure you that no one has given up more crowns to join a stupid GB than me. Gotta stand up for what ya think is right every now and then. What they're doing isn't right and needs to be dealt with so it won't happen age after age, otherwise it would only encourage people to do it more.

Getting gangbanged these days is quite risky as players aren't easily replacable and there are people in every kingdom that doesn't like having to reset their province.

The arrogance lies in that the "top kingdoms" think they can run around sitting on ****load of gold and nobody will touch them. Besides, those big kids are always the ones that will pay the dearest price in the end.

Pretty sure Dharan didn't say anything about a reversed situation here. The topic is: cats has been robbing MULTIPLE top KDs, then post about it, offering a 'CF' to 'stop' robbing them if they GB Simians either admitting they didn't take original CF requests seriously but are now for leverage, or are making fun of the CF requests. You can start your own thread about your own gripe of examples of top KDs hitting into your active hostiles of the past, which is a totally different subject.

The arrogance is a ghetto stealing gc from better kds, into their hostiles, boasting about it, and thinking it won't bite them in the ass.

Another option is ofc for the mentioned kd's to actually play the game everyone else do - by not keeping more gc around than they can defend. Keeping 20-30 mil, even with 3 tpa and CS, is a great deal to rob. I do see the frustration this reset in mentality causes as kd's cling to old strats demanding such huge cash reserves to compete. Ofc we're aware the frustration we caused over age by stealing these reserved, and we always knew someone would hit us. To have people actively search out other top kd's to arrange a GB, however, is sillier than we expected but done is done, so lets have fun with it :D

I think flogger points out the key issue here; it's not really that anyone thinks what we did was unfair - beyond the ops into active hostiles which was unintentional and I tried to apologize for. It's rather that if the rest of the server sees how beneficial it is for a kd to rob the top, their wanted privilege of keeping endless gc stores will no longer work. 1 or 2 kd's can be GB'd, not 10 or 100. In the face of this change in balance, where these kd's would actually have to rethink their regular way of winning, the preferred option is ofc to maintain status quo with a show of power. But guys, be honest about it instead of trying to take some morale standpoint here. Anyone who has power fights to preserve it, no tactics (regardless of what you previously thought of them) is too low to be used to ensure that power remains with those who holds it.

If the issue isn't dealt with immediately, next age we will have 10+ kingdoms doing the same thing instead of two, simply because others got away with it. That will make top even more frustrated, kingdoms who take an age off will probably waste them to revenge to kds like Silly Cats, ruining their future plans. The more mid/low level interferes in what's going on in top, the more will top care less about mid (accidental buttons, blatant hitting into hostile etc).

Sinners had the rule that if someone ****ed us over, we'd do what we can to disband those kingdoms, this way or another. I'm sure there are more kds with this mentality, so in the worst case we will have many mid-lvl kds which had potential of going into top disbanding out of frustration..
