Mercy vs Pulse round 2.

I invented the first major building rotation strat as well (Build costs were entirely too large for anyone else to have done it prior to when we did it, hence I know I was the first), so I guess I get credit for all of them! (Rotating halfling, its the reason we now have raze costs). Can i claim credit for it if before that age there were no raze costs, after that age there were raze costs, and no one else in the top 100 kingdoms did what we did that age? Raze costs are around over 40 ages later!

Yes the rotating build halfer was the reason that raze cost was implemented but pretty much EVERYONE who played halfer that age used a rotating strat to take advantage of the (i cant remember what was it like 4 hour build time posible? 2 at speed build?) I can remember literately 100's of people talking about it before the age even started, it was such an obvious strat that to try and claim credit for "inventing it" is like trying to claim credit for inventing the "attacking during war" strat LMAO.

The topfeed wave on Fratzia was impressive (sorry again Hugu) but you were surprised that worked

Mercy's record against Pulse, to my knowledge, is 0-2 in wars with 1 free wave and 1 wave that put Pulse in FW/gained acres.

Its pretty unimpressive to be caught in a science pump, or science pumping without ceasefires in general.

You say "every one" Not a single kingdom in the top 100 picked halfling other than ours, and our kingdom was double the size of the #2 kingdom after 2 weeks. Who are these other people you are referring to, some random ghetto noob?

When no one else in the top 100 picks the best race (in fact they all thought it was stupid before the age started) its quite the feat, and what makes you #1. Seeing as how I was #1 every age but one you can replace picked the best race "one" age with "pretty much every" age, and that's 90% of the battle.

To the first part, no no one did. It was the best race by a wide margin, and had anyone thought of it they would have immediately demanded their core run it, since it was so overpowered we were double the size of the server after 2 weeks (which had never come close to happenning before)

To the second part, From every age I played between ages 4 (after the shuffle) until I retired initially in age 13, yes.

Agreed, but after that, it's academic. It was a misplay by Pulse (although I recall JSS saying something like it was a calculated risk when we did the diplo, but who knows), but after that, it was pretty clear what was gonna happen.

we finished the sci pump and had a lot of fun smashing some people, we weren't exactly playing for acres back then.
