ABS is not problem alone. Its true they use double standards all time and a lot background deals for cover his grow/competition but same time they cross line much less compare non abs kds. Its what push HoH to abs side. Now they have easy path to stay naped with abs and this secure them almost every age top 3. Its smart for them but cant prove if HoH is good or bad kd. More or less all old non abs kds gone. There is main new formed kds+ex WW kds. Land chart and WW chart is complete different so its take time to adapt.
In short if every one stop complain about how bad is other and concentrate to build his kd strong and can compete 1vs1 all will be ok.
Main problem is when non-abs kds try to compete and cf each other every one from them try to be "smarter" and use rest for his goals. Its why they fail.
