Our big provs all run thieves, there were obviously situations in past ages where we had to transfer money from larger provs to smaller ones. I don't see how this is anyone's business as there is nothing wrong with large provs, feeding up your kd, pumping books, or whatever.
Specifically encouraging other kingdoms to rob someone just because they chose to play a certain way is wrong. If you don't like it then don't make cfs but you yourself want to pump while inciting other people to rob Abs kds so they have a worse pump than you do.
The only time I have actually seen an unfair way of transferring gold was when its done in between kingdoms. The most recent instance of such was when flogger (pulse) farmed gc to Bio in age 55 so they could double us. The gc transfer did not help much as we still farmed Psyhward and BIO in spite of the gc transfer and doubleteam but it was nonetheless lame.
