Sorry Nesta but right now you're coming over as either naive at best or fairly clueless at worst.
You've said that you didn't know the situation and had to ask about it while in a hurry, but by that point you'd already managed to either have decided off your own back that ED was "powerplaying" FS or you'd been asked by a 3rd party (FS/BB/??) to help and based on what you knew of the situation (sounds very little) then decided that request was valid.
The problem with your comments are that you keep saying how only this age matters. I don't think that anyone impartial 3rd party would disconnect a KD being bashed for 2 weeks and then just say it has to be discounted and not taken into consideration. What staggers me is that you're now saying that if it wasn't right after AWAR then even you might think this was a double hostile, I mean pass me the shovel you've done more than enough digging for today...
For me it seems that there has been some buildup discussion where FS/someone has either directly or indirectly cried about FS's situation and you've came along on your rainbow unicorn without bothering to check all the stories and decided you need to help them, whether that was foolish on your behalf or not changes nothing.
When you've tried to find out the facts at a late stage then someone in BB has filled you in with some lies (Parth not accepting any terms, when he wasn't given any just that he offered a blank CF only with no counters until 750 honour/day) and it all being Parths fault. Quite what level "suggested anyone do anything" means it's unclear, but in the context of the chat we have to work with it seems to be taken that someone in BB motioned that people in the alliance chat should do "something" to stop ED/help FS.
Based off the back of this you decided to go and help FS, this has long stopped being a convo for "what is a valid hostile", this was so blatent that the idea that Pyro just waved ED because they were fat and a good target who Pyro wanted to war (thus could use the x hours of no hits excuse) has never even been brought up by any parties involved on alliance side.
To me it sounds like you're trying to implicate Pyro as being at fault and you made that call to go after ED. However your lack of knowledge around the situation and needing to ask questions about what was going on, combined with the way the convos are worded makes it very much seem like this wasn't just Pyro noticing something happened and making a move to stop it. Rather now it looks like you're trying to take blame and cover tracks (maybe that's not true but that's how I personally read it and I have no vested interest in trying to make any parties look worse than others).
