Start with the breakdown:
MRC is 12 core attackers (orc, avian, human) 4 elf hybrids 3 halfers and 6 faes. They started the war with a sizeable troop and nw advantage (among other things) but were recovering from getting honor farmed 4-5 days prior to start of hostilities.
CoL is 18 core attackers (UD, avian, human) 3 halfers and 4 faes. They started the war with a sizeable advantage in total MO, with a solid acreage spread across the kd.
Both sides sent sapphire dragons at onset of war (End of tick March 20). MRC basically insta-slayed. It took CoL 10 hours to slay their sapphire. MRC sent their second sapphire dragon April 21, CoL sent their sapphire drake April 22.
At the moment, it appears this will be a solid matchup. Both squads have their T/Ms UB. MRC's attackers have taken a beating, while deep chaining two of CoL's. Activity has been solid on both sides so far. From my point of view, it has been a really fun war. MRC has three princes that have gotten all that honor by simply ET'ing me every tick at the tick >:U Their 7 rogues are problematic, and they have done a lot of damage and there isn't a whole lot we can do about it at the moment, except build more WTs. Edit: One of MRC's humans managed a massacre on a CoL Faery after CoL slayed first drake. He paid the iron price![]()
