Question: If an agreement is made between two KDs that one is to declare as soon is the button is given; is it breaking those rules if the steward is chained, then stewards are switched to someone offline....then the monarch signs off. Former steward then hits out to keep from his offense dying. His hits give them unfriendly which means they can declare. However, as mentioned the monarch assigns stewardship to an offline member of the KD and signs off himself? They then declare 2 ticks later after a lot of attackers in hostile KD had to send out hits because of work, sleep, other things?

It may go against the spirit of the agreement, but definitely doesn't go against the wording (especially since it looks like they got relations when neither monarch nor steward were online. I guess it depends on how literally you're taking the agreement?
