Anyone whose played with Bishop knows he is more of a hindrance than a help. We've never bragged about him.

And what sort of enthusiasm do you want? If things are not to your liking, you give up, cry, and quit. When things aren't to our liking we make them to our liking. The difference between the various tiers of players/kingdoms/etc is just that. Some cry like *****es, others seize opportunity.

You'll never catch me saying 'well this isn't good for the game', because who the **** cares whats good for it? If the players can no longer play because of the environment, so be it. Thats life. ****s tough.

@Bishop: The mechanics of the game has allowed these things to happen (griefing, bottom-feeding, etc.) You, out of all people, should be taking note of this and think of ways to prevent this from happening again; unless you enjoy seeing this game die out in such a pathetic way. You say that there are incentives to not do such acts, but the reality is that it still happens. That just means that the game is run by bad devs who don't know how to make a good environment for players to game.

@Octobrev: You just keep what you're doing. I know it's fun to be the one that pulls the plug.

If you support ghettos retalling bullies, then you should support us retalling against Octobrev because from our point of view (and DD's I assume), Octobrev are the bullies for threatening to raze into future wars.

We hit you once, you hit us back twice. We then hit you again, then you hit us again and threaten to ruin the game for others.
Then we got another kingdom to hit you. Then you run to the forums and complain.

Tell us where we went wrong here. As far as I'm aware, all of these things are legal withing the game mechanics.

I hit you again because I wanted my scientists back. As far as I'm aware, doing abducts is the only sure way to get scientists. I don't hit back when my land is taken because I can always paradise/explore. You can blame it on the awful science mechanics if you want, but everything we did was not because we want to bully smaller kingdoms. I just wanted scientists.

If you keep abducting my scientists, I'll do the same. If you won't back down, I'll seek help from others (DD). I'm pretty sure DD checked both sides of the argument first before deciding whether they should help or not.

You're suggesting that either they outlaw certain behaviours in only certain situations, or entirely remove interactions between provinces and kingdoms without formal relations (ie: war).

It isn't 'bullying', it is retaliation for actions we perceive to be unfair. For example, 13 retals. You just happened to stumbled upon the wrong kingdom because there is no incentive for us to stop, until you agree to admit your failures and offer a CF with agreeable terms to us.

"We don't want you to raze into our wars, you are a bully" is pretty poor reasoning. We don't get what we want, in life or Utopia. Cost-benefit analysis and all. You decided that since you were in an 'obviously' superior position (larger than us) that you could force us to concede and CF and stop retaling. You were wrong. It happens. Why you have to cry, I do not know.

Not sure if I disagree with this or not... On some level I think Bishop needs to be involved. Yet, on anther level I wonder about some of the trolls Bishop appears to empower / support. I do think the game needs to find a balance and that the for the game to survive it needs to be made more friendly for casual players. Giving huge kingdoms a blank check to bully smaller kingdoms is not the answer.

I'm going to guess, with a fair level of certainty, that we disagree (even on this statement), but I'm not 100% sure.
