Binar's statement ("DD plundered us from war") was false but I wouldn't necessarily call it a lie. Lying has more to do with deceptive intent, and there is no way of proving it.

You assumed that Binar knew more about the incident than us and implied that we were the ones lying (check post #1332). Hence kestrel038 was absolutely right in correcting your "misinformation" (though I would call it "misconception"). A simple Snatch News would've resolved all of this. And I'm sure you have already done it, but upon realizing that Binar's statement was false, you still decided to run with it which is just a ****ty behavior in general. It's also the reason why you suddenly brought up the whole "hostile vs war" claptrap in an attempt to sidetrack the issue because you realize that Binar's statement is indefensible at this point.

There is a good chance that Emeriti has never made a single OOH plunder although I can't say for sure. Normally they have saved up gc, but when they haven't they still would not normally plunder right before declaring. Certainly, they wouldn't plunder a bigger kingdom capable of razing them out.

What does it have to do with Emeriti when its your hypocritical behaviour thats the issue? But yes, thats usually how kingdoms play, the save up gold for a conflict they are about to engage in cause they know if they hit out of their active conflicts they welcome people hitting into theirs. Which we all by now DD has a big issues with, well apparently if someone interfer in their conflicts at least oh and if its a smaller kingdom that does it. ;)

We all know what happens though if its a smaller kingdom hitting into DDs conflicts, then there is no pleasantries no nothing just rage and razes.
