I would have been sympathetic with CD, like I would to any kd being bullied, if it wasn't lead by Panthira, a person who has showed no hesitations to do worse with even less reasons to do so.

I can't beleive I'm saying that, but go Spartans!


And on side note, I'll repeat it again: Fluffy didn't DB Sparta last age. Sparta contacted Fluffy when they were trying to catch up with Emeriti after their ww to extend our CF to EoA. Fluffy complied as long as Sparta would have payed some milions of gc.

Sparta never payed even half of the agreed gc and never seemed to care about that. Due to past interaction with Sparta, Fluffy assumed it was done on purpose to have the chance to claim said CF was actually blank and pre-emptive strike Fluffy if it would have suited Sparta.

So Fluffy and Sparta CF was a blank one, no DB involved into Fluffy's EoA ambush on Sparta. I would dare to say it wasn't a backstab either since there was no friendly relations between the 2 kingdoms at the point that Sparta had even put a mole into Fluffy.

In the end it was just a little EoA fun like the Spartan GB on fluffy had been an age earlier. Hopefully it worked as a way to even relations between Fluffy and Sparta

Based on us being GBed 4-5 ages ago by Divinity you had the duty to inform us of this before breaking the CF. Back then Div broke one of the terms of the CF by accepting the CF-offer too late. This was deemed insufficient/too trivial to break an EOA CF over. So according to common law, it was definitely a DB :)

Honestly any deal made with Spartans isn't worth the paper it's wrote on. So if you db Spartans I wouldn't worry to much about it. ;)

^^^ This is actually 100% true. There is like a 75 page post on this subject and it really muddied the water between what a Deal break is. The community created this culture. Live with it.

The community has long ago decided that a deal break is a deal break only when someone bigger has something to gain from calling it so.

Everything else is just profume to hide the bull****ting. That's why in the end I like Bart: he ****s on kd like almost anyone else in the game, but at least he some times admits that he's just ****ting on someone instead of trying to whitewash the **** as lawful.

Back in the topic, it would suck to be in CD position but being bullied it's a part of the core experience of the game. It sucks but very few kingdoms hasn't done it and CD isn't one of them
