Bananamancer2000 - good post and i understand your frustration, but while i feel extremely bad for many of your players, i will still stand by what i said earlier.

Panthira is no saint when it comes to playing hardball, and its ashamed it hits a whole KD, but many of your current players + Panthira DB and GB'd a KD for no reason other then dislike of a player and a misunderstanding (Also with said player), its fine to get mad but there is a thing called over doing it.

I know Panthira has said she felt bad about it and i accept that, I don't agree with whats being done to your kingdom as its always a shame when diplo breaks down and goes overboard.

I would say that its not a smart thing to threaten a KD in a much stronger position though (Yes i learned the hard way too, /me waves at CR, BB, Panda etc.) lol, by doing so you aren't giving them much insensitive to stop or come back to the negotiation table, I am sure with a decent mediator that both sides trust, it could be sorted to some extend where both KDs can move on (doesn't sound like CD wants to anymore, which is up to them), but it would be the best to swallow your pride and do whats needed to get a fair deal that doesn't include being below 50% of Sparta or any other ridiculous demands.

Don't get Bart as the mediator. Also there isn't a need for one. Just remember acres is transferable. There are so many source you can get them back

lol Bart can't be mediator when he's in 1 of the KDs that would indeed be a very bad idea :P

In my post i wasn't referring to acres, it was to stop the RKs and the hits into war, if they can sort a CF that doesn't have weird demands, they can both move on and grow/war or whatever they chose, at present neither can and by the sound of it, it is not helping any of them.

The key play here for CD is to just to all take a holiday and enjoy a big bowl of popcorn while Ancient Spartans spend another few weeks smashing empty provinces.

Then after entire CD is killed off, PM Bishop and ask for a new KD to be created and enjoy the rest of the age in silence.

Terms specify no notice into hostile/war/EOWCF, a KD is free to notice from it.

Besides, we haven't had any hits from CD in a long time.

Bart you are again playing with the words here which got you gang banged 4 ages back.

When it says into hostile, it means both kingdoms are hostile.
Right now you have relations open with CD.

So does that mean that you are free to be waved in future even if your relations are open?

Edit - What i meant is the into term is for both kingdoms and right now you have been saying out that you are in an open hostile with CD

Well as usual, bart is doing a deal break again :D It would be fun to see how PI reacts and what does CD do!!

I started playing at the very end of age 67, 68 my first full age, I have no past, no history, no preconceptions dating back very far. I've played a lot of games, Utopia has quickly grown to a special place in my heart. If we give in, it'll just be another day, another bullied KD ignored, another great Sparta victory! The amazing strategy they put together, " okay the 25 of us, what we do, when armies get in, we raze 4times" riveting play boys. I can see you work very hard /s

There never have been a great Sparta victory. none that I know of. They make it to the forums every age pulling some dodgy play but gets nowhere.
