Lets be clear, and I don't mean any offense by this, your KD's presence at the top, but not actually being able to whore with, put up banks with, or compete with any of the actual top KDs is a defining aspect of the age, and every top KD is stuck making plans around who gets to farm you out.
I think that deal is actually intended to transfer your acres to spartans, and then extract them from spartans, but who knows.

1) Minimum 20% land till year 9 cf
2) 10% land for 1 week additional cf
3) Free cf (without notice) for 4 days so indirectly instead of 48 hours notice, 96 hours notice to tax us
The third deal was straight forward from the book where they made a deal with spartans to **** us up and then make sure that we have no option but to give them free acres.
10% for 1 week does seem unusual, though that timing might have been pendant on other expiring CFs.
