Every KD has skeletons in their closet, they just hide the fact better. Everyone is on Sparta's case because it's not an established "top" KD in my opinion. You can have other takes on this, I see it that way.
This is the only way if you actually want to stand up to them, you could always just cave in but people here are way tougher than that.

Someone more dedicated than me can traverse through the myriad of posts around here. The Spartan narrative has morphed throughout the past several ages - that much is clear.

I have been in Sparta this age + ending of last age (that age was over by the time I joined and there was nothing going on, no posts in the forum, no action in game).

Actually, I should correct that now that I think better about it, there were some forum threads involving GC funding, and some deal that needed to be made, think both involved Sparta + CR. Oh, there was also some drama involving TNB + Sparta. More going on in forum than in game that's for sure.
My posts were mainly: "Join Sparta", "Fight fire with fire" etc.
