    February 4 of YR9 A new scientist, Recruit Octo (Housing), has emerged and has joined our academic ranks.

    In honor of Octobrev's vast experience and commitment to province building...I'll put him some place where he will be more suited for his expertise and time.

    Octo has left the study of Housing and is now a novice of Food.
