Just getting into casting for a KR, with 25% Guilds my success is 1/5 so far ... maybe I am unlucky but this pokes fairly big hole in previous assumptions...

So what if we all fail 3-4 times? Looking more like 40-50% of KD mana... and with success rate like this, waiting til you have done ops and leaving "just enough" mana for cheaper casts would be a bit foolhardy.
