switched the tm bonuses of human and fae. fae tm looks a little more balanced like this since they'll get an effective amount of tpa/ wpa if they go tm anyway, but reduced to an amount closer to other races with the honor penalty. This way humans and fae can both go TM or hybrid effectively.
