That's what you get for assuming. Of course I was civil with them. Why in god's name would a single person on this planet think that someone sitting safely behind a computer would help them by being aggressive with them? That is not the answer when you want help from someone sitting safely behind their computer. I was as nice of a UG as any of you will ever see. Based on their dismissive arrogance and false bravado I would generally assume MA and UG to be capable of cheating, but I do feel they should be owed a more detailed explanation as to why they were deleted other then Bishop relaying what Sean and Brian mentioned briefly to him as a reason.

Capable of cheating and actually cheating are two different scenarios, and yes we do deserve an explanation. Today I will change the email address and start spamming their email 5x a day again. You're rude and crass on forums monitored by the same company your sending emails. It wouldn't be hard for one to assume your lack of respect would extend to your private communications with that company. If I saw any of the stuff you posted in the forums I wouldn't want to respond to any of your emails either.

Do you think I sign my emails "UG" ? No, of course I don't. If I did that, I would be labeled a bigger nerd than you. Therefore since I sign my REAL NAME on those emails, they do not know that the asshole you all love so much known as UG is the one and the same writing to them. Therefore your conclusion is flawed.

Nor would they go through all of the trouble of matching my email to my ingame account to my IP and bounce that IP off of these forums just to see what my "personality" is to decide if they are going to respond or not.

It's completely uncalled for to refuse to present the evidence to the deleted players, especially when we're talking about a company who has a history of incompetence and are still easing into cheat detection. They've stated themselves that they will prefer avoiding false positives, yet they do not seem to be following that policy. A big part of avoiding false positives is to let people appeal.

Personally I think the game is better off without Sinners, but I'm not convinced they cheated.

Why would the game be better without us, Catwalk? We don't double hostile. At least not on purpose. We don't cheat. Hell, we don't even chart well. We're not an SK or anything even close to one. We're just a group of assholes that like to have fun. I don't see anything wrong with that.

If they know 100% that the people they deleted cheated then they don't need to reply. If they aren't certain then they should reply and ascertain whether they are correct or not. But no-one is going to own up and say "yes I cheated" so no real point in them entering into dialog after deleting someone.

I'm guessing you mean that they will not delete you unless they are very sure you are doing something wrong? In this case, check out a reply I got from them when I sent them an email a long time ago...

of course no one ever states they cheated, everyone is ALWAYS innocent of the crimes.

however, they DO get their day in court, and B&S have chosen to not allow them their "day".

Like Catwalk, I'm not so sure they cheated, and they should have been given the chance to challenge, in exactly the same way that KuhaN's kingdom did (and were reinstated). so imo, extreme bias was involved here simply because it was sinners, probably the most hated kingdom in the game.

Just because we hate them because they're all admitted assholes, doesn't make them automatically guilty.
