If you're attacking someone a good amount larger than you, I like it. Otherwise you're bound to scare people away from fighting you for fear of losing. Unless you're a top 75 kingdom, it's not a good idea to show how organized you are right off the bat.

Swap out which dragon you're sending a couple times. Do a few massacres and then trad march the massacre target. Have some folks anon bounce multiple attacks by sending 10 solidiers.

Lure them into a safe sense of "I might be fighting a kingdom of mentally disabled people" and THEN blow the crap out of them.
