I would say give them a break. They are in Ireland, where it's around 2AM right now.
I don't like being called in the middle of the night for non-critical problems, and face it - a game, while important to its players, is not as critical as many of the business systems around the world.
And it's not as if they're making a fortune (or even a minimal living) off this game.
