Yeah, something like that would probably balance them. :p I wouldn't go as much as -50, though....more like -25.

In general, I think the proposed changes are pretty balanced. Fae may be a little OP.

-25% honor penalty would be a fair penalty for Faery.
It would only impact the people who were making them unbalanced in the first place, but leave the majority of players mostly uneffected.
